For the RW360 platform, the End Soft Design team built a complete software that helps companies manage their waste efficiently, comply with European legislation and report correctly – no paper, no errors, no wasted time. A solution designed for the green transition, which works equally well on desktop, tablet or mobile.

Project objectives

Waste generators and collectors were struggling with manual processes, hard-to-track documents, and high reporting risks. The goal was to build a platform that would:

connect waste generators and collectors in real time,
automate the document flow – from order to notice, to final reporting,
eliminate the risk of human error and ensure compliance with European legislation,
can be accessed anytime, from any device.

What I built

We have developed a complete software, constantly updated and capable of integration with other systems, with the following main functionalities:

Digital document flow – an order turns into an opinion with a single click; final documents are generated in PDF format with a stamp, ready for the authorities.
Real-time two-way communication – generators and collectors receive alerts at every step: order launch, opinion creation, document upload, report preparation.
Error reduction – data filled in by the collector directly in the platform eliminates manual intervention and increases the accuracy of the waste handover process.
Zero-risk validation and reporting – a legal officer checks and validates the entire process before reporting, with support for holographic signature on documents.
Multi-device access – the interface works perfectly on desktop, tablet and mobile, with an intuitive and easy-to-configure design.
