SaaS platform
Your whole business in one platform – with AI that actually does the work.
Duviana is the business platform built by the End Soft Design team around artificial intelligence: invoicing with ANAF (Romanian e-Invoice) integration, CRM, quotes, expenses, bank integration, customer support, tasks and calendar – all in one place. AI is built in natively, yet the platform stays fully functional without it.
Project goals
Business owners were juggling too many separate apps, while generic AI stayed stuck in a chat window with no access to company data. Our goal was a platform that would:
- bring the company’s core processes together in one place,
- connect AI directly to invoices, clients, stock and documents,
- eliminate manual data entry and repetitive work,
- stay affordable and easy to use for any business.
What we built
Unlimited invoicing – invoices, pro formas and delivery notes, with or without ANAF integration, including recurring or scheduled invoices.
Automated expense management – processing of invoices received via ANAF, receipt recognition and bank transaction reconciliation.
Complete CRM – financial data, history, contracts, documents, interactions and custom pricing for every client.
Quotes, support, tasks and calendar – plus export to accounting software.
The result
A unified platform built from the ground up for SMEs, where artificial intelligence becomes an active part of daily workflows rather than just an assistant. Duviana officially launches on November 10, 2026, at GoTech World.

Native AI
In Duviana, artificial intelligence takes over a large share of repetitive, time-consuming tasks:
- fills in invoices, tasks and quotes via voice commands,
- generates custom reports from requests written in plain language,
- scans receipts and invoices and enters the data automatically,
- analyses incoming emails and triggers the right actions,
- automates complete business workflows and drafts quotes or client replies.
Launch: November 10, 2026
Duviana will be presented at GoTech World, booth 82. Details and early-access sign-up at duviana.ro.
