Internal operational management system
The client asked us to develop an internal application that would organize activity in a car fleet, track employee tasks, and optimize the workflow from receiving a car to selling it.
Project objectives
The client needed a solution that would eliminate the chaos of selling bulk materials: sheets of paper, manual calculations, and lack of visibility into actual performance. We set out to build a platform that would:
- allows the management team to access history at any time, effortlessly.
- automatically records each weigh-in and associates it with an identified buyer,
- provides a clear picture of real-time sales, across assortments and channels.
What we delivered
We developed an ERP web application adapted to the client’s specific workflow, with the following main functionalities:
Real-time visualization – who is buying, what material and in what quantity, directly from the scale interface.
Sales dashboard – total daily sales, detailed weekly sales by assortment and quotas of each sales channel, all at a glance.
Issued tickets – generation and management of tickets for each transaction, with complete data and full traceability.
Accessible history – browsing the past is simple and fast: select a date and see exactly what happened that day, as if you were there.
The result
A stable, intuitive platform used daily by the Ekodep team. Managers now have instant access to the data they need for quick decisions, and scale operators work more easily and error-free. A system designed to grow with the business.
