A town hall must fulfill a number of roles and responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the city and the well-being of the community.

For this purpose, the city hall called on our team to fulfill its sustainable development plan that takes into account the current and future needs of the community in terms of functioning in the online environment and easy access to information.

About District 1 City Hall – Bucharest

Sector 1 is undoubtedly one of the most dynamic areas of the Capital, where large real estate and business projects have been developing lately. With an area of 67.5 square kilometers and almost three hundred thousand inhabitants, with residential areas and hosting important economic and social objectives of Romania and many of the large commercial companies, Sector 1 has become what it is today, an attractive place for investors, not only because of its geographical location but also through our efforts, the City Hall.

REQUEST

The team of the town hall of sector 1 contacted us to design and build a new website (built on WordPress but with a 100% customized theme and adapted to the visual identity of the Town Hall). The project also includes maintenance for 3 years. The site needed to support the publication of numerous documents and information to be responsive on mobile devices and to live-stream the CLS1 Extraordinary Meeting as a priority. Another challenge was the transfer of thousands of hand-crafted HTML pages.

SERVICES

We started the design phase with a comprehensive analysis of the competition. During this audit, we noticed that the aesthetics of most town halls were chaotic and hard to follow. The community/users of the website are always, most likely, looking for an easy access that conveys trust, reliability and professionalism. We wanted to make sure the website communicated this visual vibe. Many files and data have been transferred from the old site. Major focus on mobile responsive website implementation.
